Customers who make a purchase through desforall@gmail.com (Design For All) may cancel the transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 ("Consumer Protection Law").

Cancellation Terms:
a. For product purchases – from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days after receiving the product or receiving the relevant disclosure document, whichever is later.
b. For service purchases – within 14 days from the transaction date or receipt of the relevant disclosure document, whichever is later. For ongoing services – cancellation is allowed regardless of whether the service has begun. For non-ongoing services – cancellation must occur at least two business days before the service start date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to desforall@gmail.com or by messaging Design For All's customer service.

Cancellation due to defect or discrepancy:
If the product or service is defective or does not match what was promised, or in case of a delivery failure, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days. No cancellation fees will be charged.

Cancellation not due to defect or discrepancy:
A cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply. If you choose to use our return shipping service, return costs will be added.

For ongoing service transactions already partially performed, you will be charged a proportional fee for services rendered. If installation was provided, a fee of up to 100 NIS may also apply.

Products returned in damaged or altered condition (including damaged packaging) may result in a compensation claim by Design For All. We recommend returning products in their original, complete, and undamaged packaging.

Transactions that cannot be canceled (per section 14c(d) of the law):

• Custom-made items

• Perishable goods

• Digital content or software

• Opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.)

• Travel, accommodation, or leisure services canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date
